Production of ball bearings

The production of ball bearings is a complex process involving multiple processes and equipment. The general production process of ball bearings is as follows:

6. Inspection and packaging: Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the bearings, including visual inspection, size measurement, noise testing, etc., to ensure that the quality of the bearings meets the standard requirements. Finally, the bearings are packaged and marked for easy transportation and sales.
